Keeping Change Ongoing Client Agreement

Keeping Change Ongoing is the next phase of your coaching journey. You’ve done the deeper work of understanding your money and creating new habits and systems. This ongoing coaching is designed to help you maintain that progress, navigate changes as life happens, and continue making intentional decisions with your money.

What’s Included

Keeping Change Ongoing includes:

  • One 50-minute Money Check-In approximately every two months.

  • A regular opportunity to talk through changes, challenges, questions, and financial decisions.

  • Continued accountability and support as your financial situation and goals evolve.

  • A space to celebrate what’s working and address anything that feels off track.

  • The ability to build on the awareness, systems, and strategies developed during your initial coaching program.

These sessions are not about starting over. They are about checking in, making adjustments, and continuing to move forward.

Payment Options

You may choose one of the following payment options:

Monthly — $50/month
Your payment will be automatically charged each month through Stripe and will continue until you cancel.

Annual — $550/year
Your payment will be charged annually through Stripe. This option saves $50 compared with paying monthly.

Your selected payment option will automatically renew according to its billing schedule unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Scheduling Your Coaching Sessions

Your Money Check-In will generally take place every two months.

At the end of each session, we will schedule your next check-in together. This allows us to choose a time that makes sense for you based on what is happening in your life and with your finances.

The every-two-month rhythm is intended to provide regular support while giving you time between sessions to put what we discuss into practice.

Because this is an ongoing coaching relationship rather than a package of individual sessions, appointments are not accumulated or banked based on monthly payments.

If you choose to go longer than two months between sessions, your ongoing coaching membership and payment will continue unless you cancel.

Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be considered used.

If something unexpected happens, please reach out. I understand that life happens, and we can talk through the situation.

Canceling Your Ongoing Coaching

You may cancel your ongoing coaching at any time.

For the monthly option, canceling will stop future monthly payments. Any appointment already scheduled may remain on the calendar and will be honored according to the applicable cancellation policy.

For the annual option, your $550 payment covers one year of ongoing coaching. You may cancel before the next annual renewal to prevent the following year's charge. Annual payments are not prorated for partial use of the year.

What You Can Expect From Coaching

Keeping Change Ongoing is a space where you can bring real-life financial questions, decisions, challenges, and wins.

You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. You don't need to have made perfect progress. Our conversations are about understanding what's happening, deciding what matters most, and identifying the next step.

What Coaching Does (and Doesn’t) Include

Keeping Change Ongoing provides financial coaching, education, accountability, and support. Coaching is not financial planning, investment management, tax preparation, legal advice, or other professional financial services.

You are responsible for your own financial decisions and actions. When a situation requires specialized professional advice, I may recommend consulting an appropriate qualified professional.

Keeping the Change Going

The goal of ongoing coaching isn't perfection.

It's awareness, intention, and progress.

You've already created change. Keeping Change Ongoing gives you a place to pause, check in, make adjustments, and keep moving forward as your life and your money continue to evolve.
